You must be at least 18 years old to register. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. One person, one account.

You may only list boats you own or are authorised to sell. Information must be accurate, photos must be of the actual boat, and the price must be in good faith. We may remove listings that look misleading, fraudulent, or unsafe.

Premium plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from your dashboard — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free. We don't offer refunds for unused time on a paid month.

BoatListr is a platform — we don't take part in the actual sale, hold funds, or verify ownership. Inspect any boat in person before paying, handle the transaction through your own bank or an escrow service, and use common sense.

• No spam, scams, or impersonation.
• No scraping or automated bulk-downloading of listings.
• No content that's illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• No attempts to break into the site or other accounts.

Breaking these can lead to listings being removed or accounts being suspended.

The site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it up and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime, completeness, or that any particular boat is what its seller claims it to be. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoatListr is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or transactions between users.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use BoatListr after the change means you accept the new terms.
